Diego leads strategic initiatives pertaining to Experiential Optimization. As a key member of the Global Insights Group he is tasked with “inspiring intelligence” across the Endeavor portfolio. He is responsible for building infrastructure that helps; measure, strategize, & drive towards a whole greater than the sum of its parts. He is committed to collaboration and strives toward managing processes & empowering people.
His background in Revenue Strategy & Optimization brought him into the Sport & Entertainment industry 6 years ago. A big believer in efficiency and effectiveness, Diego’s relentless pursuit of continuous improvement has been a key driver in enterprise transformations at United Airlines, The Hertz Corporation, & now within Endeavor. He works hard to work smart and isn’t shy about asking why. He lives in Los Angeles, CA with his; wife Adriana, son Joaquin, & daughter Camila.
