Katy Chen is the Senior Director of Global Sales Development for Tiffany and Co. In this role, she oversees the global strategy and execution of high end business development and Chinese consumer initiatives.
Ms. Chen joined Tiffany and Co. in 2010 as an Experienced Leader in the New York Flagship store. She went on to become Manager of Client Development of the New York Region in 2011 and in 2014 took on the role of Director of Client Development- North America. Prior, she was the Manager of Operations and Production for Oscar de la Renta Fur. Ms. Chen began her career in luxury at Harry Winston in various positions including sales support, wholesale watches, and merchandise planning and replenishment.
Ms. Chen holds a BA in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
